Yes this health expo is not like the others…
First of all we are attracting MD’s, University Lecturers and research professors and other health professionals onto our stage.
PLUS we have fun, joy and entertainment, as we firmly believe that joy, fun and laughter are the best medicine!
Check out the list of fun activities we have lined up for you:
Susan Brown from Let’s Laugh – will be doing 2 laughter Chi Gung workshops at the Expo at 1pm on Saturday and Noon on Sunday on the patio. If you have never learned to laugh ‘for no reason’ now is the time to start. Empowers your day by relaxing your whole body no matter what else is happening.
Emma Creed will have help you find your voice and sing your song in her two workshops one at 1pm on Saturday and Noon on Sunday in Group Space #2
Marc Bright from Joyology Now! – Marc a self styled Joyologist will bring fun and joy to the Main Stage at 4pm on Saturday afternoon, delighting the crowd with music, and his fun interactive style, he will have you up off your seat joining in on the fun for sure. Soulman O’Gaia - This soul, blues and gospel infused music is super-charged with feel good vibes and a positive spin on everything! will present Freedom Songs you will be up in the aisles singing and dancing along with your favourites as Soulman inspires you with his music and delves deeply into the lyrics that free our souls.
