The Sunshine Coast Healthy Lifestyle Expo and Conference an annual event already in it’s 4th year in 2014 and going international in 2015 The The ‘Heal Yourself’ Magazine will be published and distributed off and online quarterly from mid 2013 The Festival of Belonging an annual event held on the Sunshine Coast, Qld bringing together the people of our Earth in harmony, music, dance, song and belonging The Pathways Centre a wellness and healing venue for healers and clinicians with spaces for workshops, seminars, clients, and a wellness shop. We will be expanding these throughout Australia as new entrepreneurs come to us to open one in there area
is a ‘not for profit’ organisation and is the governing body of the You Can Heal Yourself Healthy Lifestyle Expo which is dedicated to the promotion, education and dissemination of information, truth and awareness on living more consciously aware of the effect we are having on our planet and our health.
We want to promote a healthier, happier way of life in an integrative, collaborative atmosphere, bridging the gap between all types of healing, and harnessing the power of collaboration between the medical, natural and energetic healing communities. We are dedicated to a more balanced, grounded and scientific approach using medical science, natural and complementary medical research, biology and quantum science as a base for our approach.
We truly believe that happiness and joy and living a conscious life are the keys to true health both for ourselves and our planet. The You Can Heal Yourself Foundation will be bringing you events based around this vision and mission including the Healthy Lifestyle Expo and the Festival if Belonging.
Healthy Lifestyle Expo: Our health expo is dedicated to presenting a more balanced scientific view of natural health and healing options including inviting doctors and other health professionals to present and exhibit. Using symposiums, Q & A forums and generally fostering community discussion around health,environmental health, organics, sustainable earth practices, well-being and personal growth including scientific and anecdotal evidence and research into these themes.
We are also passionate about ‘meeting the public where they are’ in presentation an educational forum for the to view their healthy lifestyle and healing options. For far too long natural and alternative health expo’s have been preaching to the converted and tend to foster an atmosphere of exclusivity and as being too far out of the general views. Our vision is to change all that by providing avenues, events and community discussion around these vital topics.
Festival of Belonging: will create shift in perception through the delight and creativity of music and lyrics that span cultures, genres and ages. Music, Dance, and Song are as old as time and have always been a source of harmony, community and belonging as we all move and harmonise our collective voices in the moment with joy, empathy and thankfulness… This festival will be held on the Sunshine Coast, Qld as an annual event from 2015.
Pathways Wellness Centres will feature a small shop, and spaces for workshops, demonstrations and seminars, and spaces for clients for the community of therapists, readers, healers and trainers in the area. Our venue/s will be energised on a daily basis and become a known centre of health, healing and education. These healing venues will be established first in Maroochydore, Qld and then as inspired entrepreneurs come on board will spread these venues through out Australia.
