The annual Healthy Lifestyle Expo was historically held on the 4th weekend of May at The Caloundra Events Centre, 20 Minchinton Street, Caloundra, on the Sunshine Coast. Each edition featured a full weekend of main-stage presentations, food demonstrations, an alternative fitness expo, and exhibitor showcases.

What Attendees Experienced

Each expo offered a diverse program designed to educate and inspire:

• Main Stage Presentations — Talks by medical doctors, scientists, and natural health practitioners covering topics at the intersection of conventional and alternative medicine.
• Food Demonstrations — Live cooking and nutrition sessions showcasing whole-food approaches to wellness.
• Alternative Fitness Expo — Interactive demonstrations of movement and exercise modalities beyond the mainstream.
• Exhibitor Hall — Dozens of exhibitors including the Food Farmacy section, offering products, services, and information from the natural health community.
• Prizes & Specials — Attendee giveaways and exclusive offers from exhibitors and sponsors.
