Presenting from the Main Stage of the Expo this year are a lineup of Keynote Speakers, Featured Speakers and Debate Topic Speakers that we know will inspire, motivate and educate you all to live a happier, healthier lifestyle. The Sunshine Coast Healthy Lifestyle Expo is very proud to present our lineup for 2014:

Keynote – Chef Matt Golinski Highly regarded Queensland chef, co-owner of Rolling Dolmade Catering, speaker, runner, aspiring rockstar and soon to be cookbook author. The philosophy of fresh is best that Golinski hopes will infuse his first cookbook, which he’s currently working on, with a tentative publication date of mid-2014. Matt will share his inspirational story with the crowd and share his journey from devastation to living life large again. CONFIRMED

Nearly a decade ago her vision was to create a multi-disciplined integrative medical practice which would provide a sanctuary for the health and wellbeing of families throughout Queensland and beyond. Dr Ap Thomas’ patient base extends both nationally and internationally. Dr Elen is a leading General Practitioner with over twenty years of private clinical experience practicing integrative nutritional medicine . She combines her wide-ranging back ground in conventional medicine with scientifically founded complementary approaches to meet the individual health needs of each patient. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from York University with a combined honours in Psychology and Kinesiology. He graduated magna cum laude from New York Chiropractic College in 2002 and has since continued to educate himself on various holistic teachings including several mind-body therapies. It was during this journey that Dr. Alvin first learned about German New Medicine. He began his studies with Caroline Markolin, Ph.D. in 2008 and has since then fully implemented GNM into his clinical practice . Gubbi Gubbi Dance Group Gubbi Gubbi Dance is a group of indigenous artists & performers. Gubbi Gubbi (pronounced gub-bee) is the language spoken by the traditional custodians of the area. Lyndon Davis and Shannon Chilly, direct descendants of the Gubbi people, founded the troupe in 1996. Bringing together family members and local young indigenous people to celebrate the dances of their homelands. They have gained a strong rapport throughout their community taking great pride in their culture and feeling blessed to share their knowledge.
